I was less than cautious for a few days, white buns for a sandwich, pasta, the stuff I need to avoid, and I feel different. I will never NOT eat avocados - they are a staple around here. Kazi makes killer guac (we like the chunky kind with onions and tomatoes). Yesterday she made a version of avocado toast - since we had no bread she toasted (in the oven) two medium-sized tortillas. Not to mention that they're also tasty. And yet, if you want to loose weight it's not a good idea to eat these food items which are rich in calories.
