I am allowing myself unlimited milk, yogurt and cheese (one of my vices). I am only trying to eat cleaner so my weight loss will be a tad slower. It's the bread that gets me or things like muffins - good call on that! I bought good walking shoes. I had an okay week (last week was better from a fitness/workout perspective), but this week was insanely crazy (a 90 person reorganization) & I managed to avoid sugar & alcohol.
