When I got home, after pup's walk, he and I had a nice long relaxing chill on the deck, listening to the kids playing in the park. I've lost pretty much not...You are doing great. I've lost pretty much nothing, but have noticed a difference in my toning, thanks to a lot of strength training. Goldfish crackers (pretzel, saltine, & smores) are my downfall. How random, right? I don't keep adult snack food on hand, so that's probably why my only real downfall are kids treats. ;) <br /><br />Big hugs. What are some of your favorite ways to treat yourself? A long bath?
