I try to just use a Friday weight so I'm using a week to week comparison, but still weigh myself most days. I lost a pound since yesterday-according to the scale, so you are absolutely right some of the 2 pounds was not just fat. I can easily "gain" 4-5lbs overnight literally. It is devastating when it happens but realistically I know I can also lose 2lbs in 24 hours also. And you know what, it was also 4th July so good for you for having the margaritas. I'm not going to worry about my weight until after the wedding on 20th July. It's too darn hot anyway but will get back in the saddle after that. 11 lbs in any case is brilliant. M...I've been on summer vacation since June 1st. My plan was to lose weight. I have been walking religiously every morning at 5am for 45 minutes in 78 degree heat and humidity, (yes, at 5am it's that hot). I am trying to watch what I eat, but it's not working. I have lost no weight, but at least I haven't gained. I'm 58 and very short at only 4' 10". For me to lose weight I would have to eat like 1300 cal or less per day. Last time I checked I was not a bird. lol. I have the appetite of a normal size person. I applaud you for losing 11 pounds. I know how hard it is.
