Of course the in laws and the kids won't have that many but DH,his sister, his aunts and uncles all would. Words have so much power.<br />I had a friend who has a father with everything a human can possibly want, so for his birthday one year every member of the family and his closest friends wrote about their favorite time with him on a slip of paper, one word that best described him and why on another, their favorite vacation memory on another, favorite holiday memory, etc until they had 365 pieces of memories. Then the first thing every morning for one year, he and her mom pulled out one slip of paper and read the memory and discussed it. He loved it so much that they got another mason jar to put the read notes in, and he still re-reads them on a regular basis.Anne in the kitchenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01533249631969001657noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6173509801114364154.post-36537760375420979582017-05-02T10:02:55.804-05:002017-05-02T10:02:55.804-05:00The mason jar is such a lovely idea.

My hubby told me I should write down my worries and put them in a jar, then look at them at a later date to see that they ended up being no big deal.
