Poitively Tuesday-Keep Hope

I am thankful for three healthy children. We have had illness, childhood challenges, mental health  needs, and a few moments of sheer panic or fear for the worst. Today though, all three are good and I will take each day as a blessing and hope that there will be more of these positive days than difficult ones in their lives. It has been a sad summer with too many parents losing too many children. My cousin 's son is in ICU after being hit as a pedestrian late last week. Every day they wait for signs of hope, signs that there will be no permanent brain damage. We'll squeeze our budget this month, trying to find funds to divert towards so many costs they will have as a family while he is in an out of town hospital and both parents, and son himself, lose wages. The family is asking for prayers, so if you do, keep him in yours.

  6. You never know what to be truly thankful for until you hear of some horrible misfortune. Then you really do learn quickly to be tremendously thankful for everything.
I am so sorry for your cousins troubles and hope for a recovery.
